We enjoyed a lovely walk on Inishnee whether it was up hill or down dale.

The flora was grand.

We arrived at the ruins of a church and a bracken filled churchyard.

Here and there we found headstones in the bracken.

Some were really quite inaccessible.

But the views were as good as ever.

There was a house very close to the church ruins. So perhaps there had once been a congregation.
But now it was left much more to nature.

We were making our way back and so once again we looked over Roundstone.

Let’s zoom in.

This was an Inishnee field gate. I guess it is wide enough for cows.

You may recall a road blocked by a big 4WD tractor and a trailer load of peat. Now there was just the peat. That was off the road.
