We turned our attention to the South West of Kerrera. A circular route of about 6 miles length would lead us back to the ferry.

There are hills everywhere in the distance. Some of it is certainly Mull.
We found geese as well as sheep.

We had been told there were no shops on Kerrera, yet this looked as though it might offer objects for sale.

And it did. A few painted stones and some yellow courgettes could be bought by leaving money in the box. We didn’t feel the need for any. Photographs help to keep our memories alive.

The sheep had afine view to enjoy.

The foxgloves were still in flower and we found a little bloom on the heather.

Lismore lighthouse caught the sun

We passed under the electric wires, tumbling down the steep hillside.

Some more sheep posed by a gate. These, too, had a view to enjow up to the north.

Away in the distance yet another ferry was approaching Lismore Light. Once again, it was the ferry from Craignure on Mull.

Let’s finish this time with a foxglove.
